In it's raw form Georgian Crystal has a delayed pungent spicy flavor that is long lasting on the pallet.  
Roasted it tastes strong, smooth and also is long lasting on the flavor with a medium heat. 
Suggested use: Indian Cuisine or add to Italian dishes with Persian Star for a zesty kick.
